• Primary responsibility is to raise funds required for the EPIC Community Projects
  Currently working to raise funds for new masjid construction

  Organize local and outside DFW fundraiser campaigns

Da’wah Committee - Lead: Br Saiyad

• The overall goal of the Da’wah (Outreach) Committee is to present the beautiful message of Islam to non-Muslims. This committee offers:
• Da’wah presentations on Islam to various segments of the American society such as schools, businesses, interfaith organizations, law enforcement agencies, and health care organizations, etc.
  Ongoing prison da’wah program in conjunction with Masjid Al-Islam and IANT
  Distribution of Islamic literature to public libraries and public school libraries
  Advertisements in local papers regarding free Islamic literature
  Open houses by Muslim doctors providing free or discounted health care to the public
• Volunteer work at hospitals

Social Committee - Lead: Br Adeel/Br Imran

Works with other Islamic organizations to help refugees coming into Dallas-Ft. Worth area. In this regard the committee collects sadaqah and conducts food, clothing and school supplies drive, offers new country orientation and provides transportation and housing assistance

Youth Committee - Lead: Br Akram/ Br Raziuddin

• Identifies and gathers Muslim children and youth in the EPIC community
  Encourages and signs up children in EPIC Youth program
  Sets up Tarbiyah programs in conjunction with  MAS Youth Center
  Organizes Qur’an Quiz/Hifz competitions in EPIC Masjid
  Organizes sports activities

Welcome Committee - Lead: Br Mohamed

• Identifies and welcome newcomers to the EPIC community
  Invites them to EPIC Family Halaqa and introduces them to the community
  Provides them with necessary local information and helps them settle down in the new neighborhood
