He also served as an officer of the EPIC Board of Directors from 2011-2013. Farzan now serves as the full-time youth director of the East Plano Islamic Center.
Farzan got married in September of 2012 and he has one daughter. Farzan is a HUGE fan of playing and watching sports. His favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys and his favorite basketball team is the Los Angeles Lakers (mainly due to Kobe and Shaq in the early 2000s). He also plays both football and basketball very often. Other hobbies of Farzan include eating, chilling (with family and friends), going to the Masjid, reading, watching TV and movies (favorite show: Prison Break) and much more. His biggest passion though is being around the youth: hanging out with them, talking to them, helping them, etc.
